Manage Suppliers

Create suppliers and manage the products they send you. The Supplier Purchase Orders app provides you with tools to not only track information about your suppliers, it also lets you create and track tax settings, shipments, payment terms and payment types that are used for those suppliers to quickly create purchase orders. When assigning products to suppliers, you can add additional information including supplier product SKUs, supplier prices and minimum order quantities.

Create Purchase Orders

Track purchase orders from draft to fulfilled, capturing information about the purchase orders as shipments are made and received. With the Supplier Purchase Orders app, you can receive multiple shipments per order, tracking individual warehouse receiving orders for shipments associated with a purchase order. At any time, download a PDF showing complete data on the purchase order including information about the order’s supplier, the location being shipped to, items in the order, shipments related to the order and full information about what from the order has already been received, and when it was received.

Warehouse Management

To keep things simple, the Barcode Inventory Management app leans into BigCommerce’s product catalog functionality. The app directly adds to your store’s location inventory when purchase orders are received. All of the information seen in the app about your store’s catalog is taken directly from BigCommerce when the app’s pages load.
